Applications of Aluminum Components in Grain Processing Machinery

In the filter devices used in grain machinery, grain cleaning machinery is a type of processing machine that is suitable for removing impurities, selecting grains, and grading grains. In the aluminum devices used in grain machinery for separation based on particle size, woven metal wire screens or perforated metal nets can be employed. As a screen surface, it can be a reciprocating vibrating flat screen or a cylindrical screen that rotates around an axis. And according to the screen holes on the screen surface, classification of grain particles can be carried out. In grain machinery aluminum devices, there are two types of machines. One is with screen holes slightly larger than the diameter of the grain particles, such as large mixed screens or cylindrical screens. Its function is to allow the grain and some smaller impurities to pass through the screen holes, while large stones cannot pass through the screen holes and are thus discharged. 
Feed the grains onto the upper bag of the circular working net. During the movement process, the fine impurities will pass through the sieve holes and fall into the lower belt. Some larger impurities, such as sack pieces, paper pieces, stone mud blocks, wood, etc., as the sieve material, will be removed. Some small impurities, such as sand, dust, etc., along with the grains, will continue to flow through the sieve in the entrance and exit, and will be removed when passing through the sieve holes. After being treated by strong suction, the grains can be discharged from the main part of the cylindrical sieve outside the machine. The main part of the cylindrical sieve is composed of perforated sieve plates, and an brush with cleaning holes is installed on the outside. 
In addition, the aluminum device used in the grain machinery also has an air suction and dust removal device. After the grain enters the device, it can pass through the large sieve holes and be discharged, while large impurities accumulate on its surface. From the other end of the cylinder, these impurities are discharged. This device is used in the grain machinery to serve as a preliminary cleaning function when the grain is being loaded into the warehouse. For example, a plane rotary screen with a sieve hole smaller than the diameter of the grain particles, a reciprocating vibrating screen, and a high-speed vibrating screen can make the smaller impurities pass through the sieve holes. The grain, as the sieve material, is discharged, which can be used in the cleaning process before processing after the grain is unloaded from the warehouse. The cleaned food can be used as the sieve material on the lower sieve that has not been discharged. If a larger sieve surface is used instead, a reciprocating vibrating screen can also be used for preliminary cleaning. The eccentric shaft or vibrator in the second sieve can discharge small impurities in the second sieve, and the grain can be discharged from the third sieve, thereby removing the lighter impurities. The frame of the plane rotary screen is composed of 4 sets of suspension rods, and it can perform a rotary motion by driving the plane to change its structure and working parameters, and can also be used for the classification work of rice.
