Process Overview

The vertical machining center uses a torsion-resistant, reinforced base and column castings, transferring cutting vibrations to non-cutting areas. Each tool position in the cap-type tool magazine has a retractable cover to prevent chips from entering the magazine. With a single workpiece setup, milling, drilling, boring, and tapping operations can be automatically completed while ensuring dimensional and positional accuracy of the parts.

The four-axis CNC machining travel can reach up to 6500mm.
