Aluminum profiles refer to aluminum materials with different cross-sectional shapes obtained by hot melting and extrusion from aluminum rods. Series 1: Contains more than 99.00% aluminum, has excellent conductivity, good corrosion resistance, good welding performance, low strength, and cannot be processed by heating. Application scope: High-purity aluminum (with an aluminum content exceeding 99.9%) is mainly used in scientific experiments, chemical industries, and special applications. 
Series 2: An aluminum alloy mainly composed of copper. Manganese, magnesium, lead and bismuth are also added during the cutting process. For example: In 2011, the alloy was used during training and safety protection should be paid attention to (it may produce harmful gases). In 2014, the alloy of Sky Aviation Industry has high strength. In 2017, the strength of the alloy is slightly lower than that of the 2014 alloy, but it is relatively easier to process. In 2014, heating can be applied. Disadvantages: The intergranular corrosion tendency is severe. Application scope: Aviation industry (2014 alloy), screws (2011 alloy), and industry (2017 alloy), with a higher usage temperature. 
Series 3: The aluminum alloy is mainly composed of manganese as the alloying element. It cannot be heat-treated and processed. It has excellent corrosion resistance and good welding performance. It has good plasticity. (Similar to super aluminum alloy). Disadvantages: The strength is relatively low, but it can be strengthened by cold working hardening. During the annealing process, large grains are easily generated. Application scope: Seamless oil pipes used in aircraft (3003 alloy), beverage cans (3004 alloy).
